It's tough to figure out the best way to give to everybody. Different people would like it different ways. I have decided on 3 formats. You have a choice of any or all if you like. There is no hurry on choosing what from you like. All can be done at any time, so take your time to choose.

What I recommend is either the black/white printed copy or the first CD version for most people. The only other version would be the first DVD version (only because it's one disk) if you want the pictures of the actual letters. Remember though you can have any or all. One more note on the CD's and DVD's, if they fail at anytime we will replace them.

bulletCD version
The first version is 1 disk and is all the pdf files. Also included will be one pdf file that contains all the letters in one. (This is the file used in the printed version.) Acrobat Reader 6.0 will also be included in case you need it.

The second version contains 5 disks. It includes the pictures of the letters, the document form from MS Word, a plain txt form, and all the pdf file.

bulletDVD version (For computers, not the TV)
This version will be 2 disks. The first will will contain the pictures of the letters, the document form from MS Word, a plain txt form, and all the pdf file. (The 5 CD's in one disk.) The second disk (maybe two disks) will contain the MS Publisher files that we used to create the printed book to share.

bulletPrinted version
This will be printed in color or black/white. These will be available on request. Unfortunately because of the cost of printing, I will be asking that you pay for this version. I do not recommend the color version as the cost is to great, about $300. The black/white is much more reasonable, about $50.  They will be spiral bound and will have cover page and will be in a archival box. These versions will be done at OfficeMax, not by us. They will print them using the pdf files, so if you want to print them yourself or have them printed it's your choice. (Note: The size of this book will be no bigger than telephone book.)

bulletShared Book
I think that people are unsure of the printed versions because of the shared book that we printed. This book is special and not representative of the above printed versions. This special book was done mostly in part because of the cost of the color copy. What makes this shared book so large, heavy and cumbersome is how it was constructed. It was printed on photo paper which in itself is 120 lb. paper. It was also laminated for protection. To see the letters in color on paper will give you a completely different feeling than to see them on a computer screen or in black/white.

This book is meant to be shared be everyone. It is meant to travel. It is meant to be touched and held by the great grandchildren. And if it gets damaged, so what, we'll fix it.

The book was bound up mainly by month so it can be broken up and sent all over. The only thing we ask is to keep us informed where each section is.
