Most of the forms used here (as many sites) are in a PDF form. If your wondering PDF stands for Portable Document Form.
All it does is make a good copy of anything into a small file, perfect for the internet. All you need to view a PDF file is a PDF Reader
which is a free download from Adobe.

To save any of the PDF files, "Right Click" on the link, select "Save Target As" and save anywhere on your computer. Just remember
where you saved it. Then print it out and add your information. Go to the information page to see which form we prefer.
